1. Information Collection and Use
This Agreement is between DPAI Limited (Trading as Voai.app) ("Voai," "we," "us") and the person or entity accessing or using the Product. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voai website and all services provided through it. By signing up, accessing, or using the Product, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you are using the Product on behalf of a company, you certify that you have the authority to accept this Agreement on behalf of your organisation. Persons under the age of 13 are not authorised to use the Site.
2. Cloud Service
Voai provides a cloud-based AI voice assistant service. This includes API access for AI-driven voice interactions, number provisioning, call handling, and a dashboard for managing integrations.
3. Cloud Service Fees
Pricing information is available on our website. Customers must pay service fees as per the selected plan. Voai may update pricing with at least seven (7) days' notice before the next subscription period.
4. Professional Services
Voai offers customised professional services, including consultation and implementation support. For assistance, contact hello@voai.app.
5. Key Terms
Customer: The person or entity using Voai services.
Effective Date: The date Customer first accepts this Agreement.
Invoice Period: Monthly.
Payment Period: One (1) day from invoice date.
Subscription Start Date: Date of sign-up.
Subscription Period: Minimum three (3) month contract, invoiced monthly.
Renewal Policy: At the end of the three-month subscription period, the contract will automatically renew for another three-month term unless the Customer provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the second month. This renewal process will continue indefinitely unless the Customer explicitly cancels the subscription.
Non-Renewal Notice Period: Customers must provide a minimum of 30 days' notice before the end of the second month of the current subscription period if they wish to cancel. If no notice is given, the subscription will renew for an additional three-month period.
6. Claims
Customers must ensure that their use of Voai does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, they shall be referred to arbitration in London under the Arbitration Act 1996.
8. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify Voai against any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
9. GDPR and Data Protection
Voai complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and store personal data. Customers must only provide third-party data if legally permitted to do so.
10. Security Policy
Voai implements industry-standard security measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, and misuse.
11. Publicity Rights
Customers grant Voai the right to use their name and logo for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
12. Use of Data for AI Training
Customers consent to the use of anonymised and aggregated usage data for AI model improvements in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
13. Changes to Terms
Voai reserves the right to update these Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
